What States do you currently have agent lists for and how often do you add new States?
We currently have lists for most States. We are attempting to get lists for the few States we currently do not cover.

How long does it take to get my order?
Turn-around time from the date we get your signed invoice is 1 week or less.

What kind of formats can I receive the list in?
The lists can be formatted in the following forms: Computer Paper (label format 3 or 4 across), Peel & Stick Labels, and IBM compatible ASCII comma delimited file on 3.5" diskette or CD-ROM. A $25.00 dollar setup fee is charged for the diskette/CD-ROM format.

Into what order can the lists be placed?
The lists by default will be placed in zip code order. If you request we can place the list in alphabetical order by the last name of the agent.

What are the shipping charges for my order?
Shipping charges cannot be determined until you place an order, but they will be included in the invoice that will be sent to you for your approval.

Do you include email addresses and/or fax numbers?
No. At the present time we do not maintain email addresses or fax numbers.
